Privacy Policy

Version 1.0 · 4 Nov 2026 · Publisher: BufferSol Technologies · buffersoltechnologies@gmail.com

Short version: Nagly keeps your reminders on your phone. There are no ads, no account and no selling of data.

What Nagly stores

Your reminders (text and times), completed items and settings are stored in a database on your device. We cannot see them.

What we collect

DataCollected?

Name, email, accountNo. Nagly has no account in this version.
Usage analyticsOff by default. If you switch on “Share anonymous usage counts” in Settings, Nagly may send event counts and categories, never the text of any reminder. This version of the app bundles no analytics SDK, so nothing is sent.

Permissions

Sharing

We do not sell or share your data, and Nagly shows no ads.

Backup (a later version)

If a future version offers optional backup, you would sign in with Google or an email code; we would then store your email address and your reminders on our servers (Cloudflare and MongoDB Atlas) over HTTPS so you can restore them, and you could delete that data in the app or on the deletion page. This policy will be updated before that ships.

Retention and deletion

Local data is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its storage. See how to delete your data.

Your rights

Under UK/EU GDPR, PIPEDA and US state laws you may access, correct or delete your data. Write to buffersoltechnologies@gmail.com.

Children

Nagly is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date above.
